The course consists of osteology and myology of Upper extremity, Lower extremity, Axial skeleton and Pelvic Girdle. The course is aimed at providing the best possible learning experience on virtual platform.
The course is designed for fitness instructors, personal trainers, Yoga instructors, Pilates instructors and other movement professionals. The program is ideal for a new bee as the first stepping stone who wants to enter the fitness world and are serious about taking fitness as their profession. This course is the pre- requisite course for REVIVE Pilates Certified Instructor training course. Learn the foundation of movement “Anatomy of musculoskeletal system” from our team of expert teachers who have vast years of teaching as well as clinical experience.
